The facility was very nice. The staff was very courteous & efficient . I liked that they an affiliated with UH & my primary care doctor.. when the need arises, I will use this facility again.Â

Once I got past the front desk which was tedious relative to intake forms —especially since I was bleeding, the care was super from nurse Patrick and NP Mohamed Jusran NP told me to set appt with wound care office within 3-4 days I could nt get into the wound care I office until 2 weeksmmnÂ
Staff were all pleasant and attentive. Primary medical person was informative and knowledgeableÂ

A little busy when I arrived but receptionist handled it well. Once everyone was checked it went pretty fast from there. All staff very nice and attentive. That’s why I came backÂ
