Everyone was Wonderful!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the front desk person’s name who checked me in and out, Ashley the medical assistant and Arlene the PA who treated me-they were all friendly, attentive, accurate, quick and helpful.

Was always treated so well at the Kent Urgent Care located across from KSU. When you go in there, you’re not feeling well anyway. Whether checking in at the front desk, checking in to go back to see the doctor, Dr. coming in to examine you to see what you need, always a pleasant experience through the whole process. Had me in and out for an emergency tooth abscess that was getting bad. I WAS Between dentists as my last one left me to DIE with the abscess not caring, and finding one near me that accepts caresoure is impossible! UH Urgent care were amazing and understanding and got me done back out in 20 minutes. They have always given me a list of dentists in the area and 2 were in Kent.
