My visit to mentor urgent care was a fantastic experience. The front desk ladies were a little less than personable. They were kind enough by I felt like I was annoying them by being there and needing their help. However, I cannot say enough get things about the nurse who checked me in. She was so funny and friendly and she truly enjoys her job. She was not annoyed that I was there on a Saturday evening. The provider was so kind and efficient also. Going in with a very painful wrist injury, I was greeted and did my registration very quickly and went to the examining room rooms within 10 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect and professionalism. I was sent back for x-rays, which were done very quickly in expertly And sent downtown for reading which was back within 15 minutes with diagnosis. I would highly recommend this university hospitals, urgent care. On Center Street in Mentor.

My first time there - the people were AMAZING!! All friendly and engaging - introduced themselves and were very professional. My only glitch would be that I had a 10:50 appointment and was seen at 11:25. Given that this would a an urgent care facility, I do understand the importance of handling more important matters first. I think if the receptionist would have explained that it might be a few minutes - this would have been a 10 star experience.
