The woman at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. i walked in around 8:15 on 3/20 and i was the only one in the lobby. she did not look up from her computer to greet me at all or give direction. i stood near the front desk awkwardly for a few minutes before she decided to just say “walk in or appointment” i said “walk in” and she said “fill this out” and handed me a piece of paper. still without greeting me or even looking at me. her eyes did not leave her computer while speaking to me. it was like i was inconveniencing ... read more

My expierence was okay, But I didn’t have Rhinovirus. I ended up having to go to my primary care Dr. And ended up with a low grade fever and Bronchitus. Not the best expierence. Everyone was super sweet though.!

The front desk person was short and abrasive, she could use some better customer service skills. The PA that “helped” me in the exam room gave me the impression she had better things to do than exam me. Came in with severe back pain and all she kept saying was we could do X-rays but they really won’t show much. Do you really really want to do them. I can put an order in for them but only if you are really really sure. I sat in a chair the entire time she pushed in my back 2 times and asked if this hurts. Of course it did, I ... read more
For ear flushed out and the nurse used cery cold water., causing severe dizziness . I’ve never had that happen before . As I read up , it’s not recommended to use cold water or hot . Warm is recommended , it’s a shame the nurse was not educated . Please see mentor location and practices
