The front desk person was short and abrasive, she could use some better customer service skills. The PA that “helped” me in the exam room gave me the impression she had better things to do than exam me. Came in with severe back pain and all she kept saying was we could do X-rays but they really won’t show much. Do you really really want to do them. For ear flushed out and the nurse used cery cold water., causing severe dizziness . I’ve never had that happen before . As I read up , it’s not recommended to use cold water or hot . Warm is recommended , it’s a shame the nurse was not educated . Please see mentor location and practices
