Always fast, efficient and friendly! We always go to this location. With a high school athlete we frequent UH more than we would like to. Grateful that they are always there to help us!

Everyone was very efficient and kind. I came in with ear infections and could not wear my hearing aids, but everyone made a good effort to communicate with me. The doctor was knowledgeable and concerned.

Always a great experience. Always quick and friendly. I have never encountered a bad attitude. I worked in healthcare for 20years. I’ve seen a lot. These folks are fast and efficient, Caring and understanding. I used to put things off to avoid facilities like these but I have zero hesitation for myself and my family here. It’s very refreshing honestly. I had almost given up on been treated like anything more than a number but these folks have changed that. Keep up the good work!!!

My expierence was okay, But I didn’t have Rhinovirus. I ended up having to go to my primary care Dr. And ended up with a low grade fever and Bronchitus. Not the best expierence. Everyone was super sweet though.!
