the triage nurse ANNA was kind thorough knowledgeable and would be a reason for me to return if i ever needed to the second reason was the doctor Jennifer shockley was AWESOME smart kind offered great advice and helped me very much!! The facility seems very understaffed. Staff members warn that there will be a wait. One person doing the triage for me stated that is always busy and it’s Xperia“not sustainable”. I have been to this urgent care center before and it was an excellent experience. I’m not sure I will use this facility again. I did like the convenience of getting meds from the urgent care center.
Doctor was not knowledgeable. Also had a lot of trouble with english

I had a very poor experience at the University Hospitals Urgent Care in Westlake. I went in last night with noticeable swelling in my neck. The nurse practitioner briefly palpated the area for about two seconds, asked no questions, and immediately told me, “You can’t be seen here.” She also stated, “This is not an infection, and I don’t know what it is. Medical assistant/nurse who checked us in and took his BP took it upon herself to tell my 16yr old child if he wasn’t compliant with his blood pressure pills he may have a heart attack

The doctor was great, but the nurse was consistently condescending and unprofessional for the entire visit. From the start, she spoke rudely and criticized me for removing my son’s sock (she had removed the other without communication as to why so I thought I was being helpful) and then made unnecessary comments about him being cold.
