the triage nurse ANNA was kind thorough knowledgeable and would be a reason for me to return if i ever needed to the second reason was the doctor Jennifer shockley was AWESOME smart kind offered great advice and helped me very much!! I will come back for her also!! now for GiGi.. she was RUDE AGGRESSIVE RAISED HER VOICE AT ME WAS AMBIQUOUS WITH EXPLAINING WHY I NEEDED TO GIVE A CREDIT CARD OR HSA CARD WHEN I REACHED MY DEDUCTIBE IN FEBRUARY AND HAVE NO COPAY!!! The facility seems very understaffed. Staff members warn that there will be a wait. One person doing the triage for me stated that is always busy and it’s Xperia“not sustainable”. I have been to this urgent care center before and it was an excellent experience. I’m not sure I will use this facility again. I did like the convenience of getting meds from the urgent care center.
Waited 2 hours even though I had an appointment. Only 1 dr on duty.

The front desk person was rude when we arrived. I was asked to pay my copay which I always do and then forced to set up auto payment for my upcoming bill which was unnecessary. I could have easily paid on Mychart like I do with the other hospital system we visit. The nurse and practitioner were nice enough but I did feel very rushed. I understand it was late in the day but I obviously wouldn’t have come if I was not concerned about my son.
