Everyone did amazing. Lauren checked me in super quickly, Amberly, the medical assistant triaged me went over everything with me in detail. She was very nice and professional. I could tell she truly has a passion for her job. I was then seen by Cathy, the NP, she is amazing. Super kind, compassionate and she loves what she does. I ended up having a UTI, I was able to pick my medication up from the Urgent Care as well. They had a inhouse pharmacy. UH Urgent Care in Westlake for the win! :)
