This community is such a great place to live. The residents are all friendly, and the staff is very helpful. It also helps that the campus is a ten minute walk up the street. If your looking for a place to live you should come to the UL!

I really enjoy living at the University Landing! It has a great atmosphere and the staff workers are always so helpful to the residents needs and concerns and do a great job at trying to make your stay there easy and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend others to live at the UL!

Best place to live when you're looking for somewhere fully furnished. Conveniently located in walking distance to APSU. Lived here the past three years and no complaints. Office and maintenance have always been phenomenal and easy to work with.
Great location! The apartment complex is right across from APSU as well as downtown Clarksville! The management and staff are always helpful and friendly. Overall awesome place to live!
So close to APSU campus. I walk every day and don't have to fight the commuters for a parking spot! Plus, there's always free cookies in the office :)
