There is no trust between leaser and leasee here. Management automatically assumes anything that is wrong with an apartment is the tenant's fault, regardless if it is or not. Tenants are also charged "overages," but no one knows what these overages are for or what the limits for utilities actually are. They also are really inconsistent when it comes to enforcing their rules (which are themselves ridiculous). They deserve zero stars from me. I'm just going to insert my google review here because ain't nobody got time for all this. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to make an exception. The people writing good reviews must be getting paid. I moved there two years ago for my junior year of college. My lease was up by July 31st, but I moved out sooner to be closer to Nashville. Not satisfied in the least. This is the last straw. After cleaning the apartment, and patching what minor dings there were on the walls, you are charging another $220.55, guaranteeing you keep the deposit and then some. And is that same amount for the common areas being charged to each of the four occupants? The paint was not fresh on move in, so now it is at least a couple years old.
