If it was possible, I'd give this place 0 stars. They painted a beautiful picture of the perfect life here for a college student before moving in. Each month I was given an electricity overage but was never given a statement on usage. I don't mind the loudness most of the time as this is a college town and two popular bars are across the street. However, there are times were it is annoyingly loud and nothing is done about it. Where to start? By far the WORST place I have ever lived in Clarksville. It's seems as though the apartment buildings are cleaned very infrequently as it seems there is always trash inside and out and drinks/food spilt often enough. Very strong marijuana odor in my building almost every day if the rotten smell of trash doesn't over power it. Management is very unhelpful and rude and only seem to cater to the majority with no regards to anyone else. They claim family friendly but when I asked about adding someone to my lease ... read more

Honestly the University landings is a nice place to stay but I got 5 charges on my account. Two overages. Which I don't understand plus a clean up fee. I asked her could I pay my rent plus my overage plus the other fee but she told me I had to pay it all. The rent is already high. Rent should pay for everything. I renewed my lease now I'm major regret it.
Awful place!! Every month I get a call about fees that I supposedly owe because they are unorganized or they are running a scam. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here.

Location is good, but that doesn't really matter when it always smells like pot in your apartment when you DON'T smoke and it's always loud after 12am. The apartment was dirty on move in day. I can say I was embarrassed to have my parents come over . Won't be staying here again

Awful place to live- they market as "family friendly" but in reality people smoke pot everywhere and it lingers in the halls all of the time. There are parties all day everyday. You cant go to the pool without hearing awful music with expletive language. There is trash everywhere, people just throw stuff down wherever they feel like it.
