This place is one of the best apartment complexes in Clarksville! It is so close to APSU and downtown that you can walk, and in the center of town! The office staff are always so friendly and helpful whenever there is a problem and they are always giving away free stuff, not to mention the delicious cookies and coffee that's always in the office!
The walls are so thin I heard someone snoring from the apartment bedroom on the other side of my wall. Your downstairs neighbors will probably hate you when you walk across the floor too loud. The pool has not opened yet and it’s June 8th. My floor has parts where they’re caving in. The parking lot is THE WORST. Sometimes you’ll have to wait 2 hours for a parking spot inside the gate even though there’s only enough parking passes as there are parking spots. I’ve been towed twice and I pay to park inside.
My daughter just moved out of these apartments in July. They charged her $75 for blinds that were cracked when she moved in, but somehow we had to pay for them. And how do blinds cost $75 anyway? While she lived there, she almost always had to park in the overflow parking across the street which has no street lights and overgrown trees. And there was a homeless man that would hide there and chase her and her roommate when they got out of their cars at night. I’ve not had a problem with them until recently. First I got my dog and got him registered as a service animal and then 2 months later they said I had to get rid of him or legal actions would be taken. I see people there with animals all the time so I’m not sure how mine didn’t meet requirements. It always smells like weed in the halls and it has been smelling like it in my apartment because it comes thru the vents. They barge in your apartment with only like one knock and don’t tell you. Very convenient in location to APSU; however, the overall quality of these apartments are extremely low. Coming back from a summer break, bed bugs were found. Promotes a secure environment, yet security locks have been out of order for months allowing anyone entrance into the building. Promotes "included" utilities; however, high utility overages occur each month. Strong odor of marijuana in hallways 90% of the time. Has great potential, but lacks in many important areas.
