This service actually saved me thousands of dollars and the landfill from an otherwise perfectly good kitchen range. Upfix is the gold standard in communication, I was kept informed of the various stages along the way and I actually received my repaired control unit before the promised date.
I think UpFix is a very unique solution for parts that aren't made anymore whether it's a vehicle or an appliance. My experience wasn't bad but it also didn't wind up to be good!! I sent a 25-year-old Body Control Module from my 2001 Dodge Dakota truck to see if they could repair it. These modules are not made anymore The only place you can get them is eBay and you've got a 50/50 chance of it being the correct module. I definitely recommend this company. They fixed a problem that I could find no other solution too. Service was quick, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I did have to return my part a few weeks later when it quit working again. It was promptly taken care of and is working today.
