Upfix did a great job of fixing my treadmill computer board. Communication was great through email and I appreciated the payment not being required until the part was fixed. They fixed and shipped within a few days.
I could not find a replacement *** module for my 2009 **** F150 anywhere and finally discovered Upfix. It was a seamless process, from shipping it to them to getting back. My mechanic installed it and all the trouble codes are gone and the *** system works as it should. Thanks for all your help..!!
Found a customer's abs module was putting out 12v to the front right wheel speed sensor instead of the 5v. Sent the module in for repair, paid for 24hr repair. Took about 2 weeks for the module to return and was installed immediately. Upon hooking up the wiring harness the module immediately began smoking. ******** customer service. Website is misleading. When giving steps on how to send in an ABS Modular in for repair, there was not information on if they could or could not repair the part. After costly shipping on my part, poor communication via text, and poor website information, I am out time and money.

I am absolutely furious with the level of service Ive received from UPFIX. Ive been given 4 different completion dates for the repair of my ABS brake module, and every single one of them has come and gone with no explanation, no resolution, and no accountability. When sending a control unit, they apparently use Pony Express to ship it back to you. takes 5-7 days. Last $2000 control unit I sent to them came up 'missing'. They blamed it on *** and claimed *** sent them a measly $100 check to make up for it. Claimed they would send me the check. Never received the check either. It has been 2 months and all they keep saying is they will send it.
