We had a recent event in the VIP room at the Manassas Location, I would not recommend anybody doing an event or party there. They were not set up when the event was to start, no bartender or food service ready. Looks like the staff were new and did not know what to do. Had food service and it was good but we did not get the amount of food that we paid for and we ran out. Very Disappointed in service and facility.

When you order chicken tacos and get pork, then get told to not come back cause that is the food you will get....management is a joke, service is horrendous. Stay away...

Nice spot, we tried to snack on some menu items but 3 out of 5 things we ordered they were out of. Really? Then we moved to our bowling lane and took a bit to get a server, not to mention the lane is crowded by children who don't understand lane etiquette. We paid for an hour and barely got 1 game done because of the other lanes around us with children in our way. This place is very nice cosmetically but I think some kinks need to be worked out for a better flow. A good time was had but with a few roadblocks to speak.
I️ have been here several times without any issues....until today. My family and I️ came to bowl and were told that there was a waiting list and it would take 30mins to and hour for an open one. We left a cellphone number at their request to be texted when a lane opened up. That was around 12:30 this afternoon and I️ am still waiting for that text!
