I️ have been here several times without any issues....until today. My family and I️ came to bowl and were told that there was a waiting list and it would take 30mins to and hour for an open one. We left a cellphone number at their request to be texted when a lane opened up. That was around 12:30 this afternoon and I️ am still waiting for that text! Poor customer service. Overpriced. We were told our laser tag game would be starting in 4 minutes. 30 minutes ago. Still waiting.
Place is great! But you really should educate your employees so they know about your app and your loyalty program. We got nothing for downloading the app and it didnt give us any points for what we spent today. Total training fail.
Service is TERRIBLE. When I go I'm always around friends so that makes up for it. However. I have been a handful of times and getting a drink takes forever. And most of the time when you finally receive your drink it's not what you ordered. Also. There was about 10 of us last night. We had a half a table covered in empty everything. We love the place, we had lots of fun, however the service was awful. We just ordere3 beers,3 sodas and 3 appetizers; our server Imani took more than 20 mins to come and tell that didn't have Pepsi so we order something else, then after other 15 or 20 mins she came to telm didnt have the beer thst we order so we order differe t brand , after 15 mins she brought the beers but the sodas never came.
