Been there a couple times. Bowling is great and laser tag fun. Now for the food and service, the food is ok. The service sucks. I don't blame the wait staff, I blame management for not hiring enough people to take care of the restaurant and bar. The wait staff would apologize but he said he was the only one there. We were charge for some of the drinks and food we didn't receive. We brought it to his attention and he took off the bill. The Venue is very nice. However the service there is terrible. Not enough wait staff and bartenders. Took my wife 25 minutes to get her wine. We ordered an appetizer that did not show up for an hour. After awhile it became a running joke with all of us till we finally had to ask the manager where our waitress was and my food. Absolutley no customer service. Was told the wait was an hour and 15. No problem at all, i understand people want to have fun. We decide to play pool until we wait at 15 bucks an hour. Seeing that 2 out of 3 tables were open i was told to go the main bar to get the balls, the bar tender said that the tables are full. I told them that they werent and he sent me to another bar area. Yesterday was my second time there, and I must say there service is good towards me so far.
Food was Okay. Service was just okay. First time there so I didn't have a good method going into it. I was on a waiting list for bowling which never happened because my wait time kept increasing so we just left. Birthday parties are always priority over anyone else for games and such so be aware of that. The space does not accommodate the number of customers allowed in the game room. The ticket prizes were very poor and not selective. I wasn't all that impressed overall and couldn't recommend to anyone else. Sorry.
