Horrible service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks, and then an hour for the checks. Just horrible
Arrived at 10 last night and took 15 min before a waitress even looked our way to take our order. Then another 45 min before we got our drinks, and never even got to our meal order. When asked to speak to manager that took another 30 min until I decided to sit in front of the kitchen door to get noticed. Talked to manager and was told by him that he would be back out to talk about the situation more after speaking to the waitresses to see what was going on. 15 min later he still didn't come back out. Sat and waited for 45 minutes just for drinks and the wait staff did nothing but make excuses instead of resolving the issue. Was really excited about this place opening but don't think I will waste another Saturday night waiting for a soda.

This is a great place to visit if only they can get their service right. I've now been here twice and both times they had bartenders walk out during their shift. When it takes over 30 mins to get a drink that is ridiculous. I truly hope they can get the right people in there so that this place lasts.

This place is not somewhere I plan on returning too, our waiter took forever to bring our food. She forget some of our tables food, had to wait over an hour to get our tab then what seemed like another hour just for her to take our money. The chips were cooked too long and oily; the mozzarella sticks tasted like oil. The bowling aspect was pretty decent. I don't like the fact that while bowling you're forced to listen to the live band, which isn't the best.
