I love Urban Skin for many reasons! They are a full-service skin shop and have knowledgeable staff on hand to perform the treatments and are friendly, communicate well with you to let you know what the process looks like and, though the ship is extremely busy, are always pleasant and upbeat. I have had several different treatments and have been happy with all of them! I continue to be a loyal client of Urban Skin.
Beautiful place and friendly staff
Excellent staff, very professional consultations, they run great specials and they are reasonably priced. The right balance of Spa and Medical practice. No matter what you are interested in, you're talking about your looks and your money -so an informed, professional staff is extremely important.
Love it, the staff is polite, professional and organized. My favorite is "Gracie" she deserves to be recognized!
A more clear explanation of the store VS on line. I purchased a product at full price in the store when I could have saved money because it was on sale on line. Everything else was fine except when I first walked in no one said anything (i.e. Good morning, how can we help you, do you have an appt, etc)
