Urban Skin Solutions in North Charlotte, NC, was a godsend for my weight loss journey. I literally couldn't have done it without them. The diet pills, B12 shots, and weigh ins kept me on track, curbing my appetite long enough for me to establish healthier routines and a fitness regimen. I've never worked out much, but now I go to the gym daily, thanks to the habits I formed while using these medical interventions. Thank you, Urban Skin Solutions!
