The office is beautifully decorated and the front desk staff is professional and kind. I had two consultations; the esthetician was kind but extremely talkative which made for limited dialogue between us and the Dr. rushed through the appointment and was not personable.

The staff is always courteous. My esthetician was knowledgeable about all the products and the services and was accurate in recommending products and services for my specific skin care.
Great service and very professional
Everyone was so welcome and friendly. I was having a procedure I had never had before so I was a little nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable and the PA who did it answered all questions thoroughly. I will definitely be back.
The staff were so welcoming and kind to me and my son. The facility itself and the decor was so cozy and relaxing. Robin sat down and really talked and listen to what had brought me to their facility. She was so understanding and empathetic. One of my new favorite places in Charlotte. The front house staff were equally amazing and helpful.
You guys are awesome!!! I love how sweet everyone is. I get my laser treatments and the Even tone injections here.
I love USS!! Sharetta is the best and has been such a resources for me. Her touch is gentle and she always asks me if I am doing ok (laser hair removal). I can tell that she genuinely cares and takes her profession seriously. My skin is proof! And Keshia at the front desk makes me feel like family!
