I was very disappointed my appointment originally had to be rescheduled from a week before my vacation to 2 weeks after. When I did go to my appointment for laser hair removal I now feel like the provider did not do as well as the usual provider I typically receive care from. Overall I am still enjoying my results from my laser hair removal services. A suggestion would be to schedule/hire more providers who can offer services when people call out of work

I was greeted at the door and taken into the examine/paperwork process. The Doctor took the time to review the process and key thing I need to know to be successful in my weight loss journey. The front desk personnel was also friendly and had a smile on there face.

Gracie did an amazing job and made me very comfortable. She also explained ways for me to protect my skin while in the sun. I will definitely be back for another session soon.

I'm a newbie to the world of laser hair removal. Previously I have been getting waxed and I have noticed a huge difference, especially in recovery time. Jm so glad I chose Urban for my first experience!
