I really appreciated the flexibility and adaptability to different forms of communication and constant the help received even outside of the standard 8-4/9-5 work hours. On top of this, the patience to go through the numbers origins and walk through every piece of information given to us to review and sign at our pace was wonderful. On top of this, we really appreciated the gift given to us at closing! We were not expecting one and it has become apart of home decor.

The whole team was extremely helpful and very clear in communication. Any Question I had was met with a prompt and clear answer, even if I may have asked the same question twice, they helped me understand every step of the process. With how fast everything came together and all of the hurdles that Seemed to pop up daily, I felt I had great support in getting to closing, I cant I can't thank Julie and her team enough!
