They were awesome when setting up our new internet. Very nice and friendly service.
We have been with Utah Broadband for about 17 years, and have always had nothing but the absolute best service from them. Last week, I called to upgrade our residential service given we're all working and schooling from home. They were able to come out the next day to upgrade our dish, and get us set. Super impressed with installation and customer service.
They came to set up my internet a day earlier than originally set up, but I was grateful for that. They were efficient and courteous. I am still evaluating the internet service but the customer service is excellent.
The installation was fast and easy . so far the internet has been working great.
So far great coverage at a great price the insulation went smooth and the guys that did it were wonderful to deal with.
A very nice technician set us up with a great increase of speed and reliability yesterday. Thank you!
