RecommendedFast, honest and reliable. They have new technology that will really boost speeds. In big cottonwood canyon (Brighton, Utah). they are the best provider for now. They have a tower on great western and Scott’s peak, which you need direct line of sight. Living up the canyon has been difficult in terms of internet speeds, but due to growing demand, the Canyon is being built out to have better internet coverage. Also Verizon has great cell phone coverage.

I use amateur radio, and on occasion, using high power, rf got into their antenna/amplifier. They restored service multiple times with a smile, and a pat n scratch for our standard poodle. Great service, good speeds/plans, no outages that weren’t scheduled for upgrades.... Good people to communicate with 24/7!
This service is blazing fast and reliable. I’m testing at 50 mbps where the next best solution, century link, was only 12 mbps. We tried saving money with century link but decided to pony up a few extra bucks to increase bandwidth so our tv doesn’t glitch when one of the kids gets on their phone. Thank you UBB!
Very reliable and professional
So far Utah Broadband has been great! The installer was friendly, informative and efficient!
We've used their service for about 8 years with mostly very solid support and access. Recently our internet access died one evening and the tech support person quickly assessed the problem and the following day, the service manager made a special trip to install a new - upgraded dish. Their service and support was quick, competent and professional.
I really have enjoyed their service and customer service.
