RecommendedThey were very quick to respond in an issue I had with my router and kept helping me until it got resolved. I had changed from Veracity because I couldn’t get anyone -not anyone - to help me with my issue to answer the phones OR call me back. UBB is totally opposite they didn’t leave us high and dry!! Love that UBB could send someone out to my house to get my service set up that I trust and have worked with in my business. His helpful suggestions were welcome and I felt comfortable with him doing his work unsupervised so I could go back to work. That doesn't happen very much any more these days! Thanks, Drayton!

I have always been a fan of RF versus cable services. Finding Utah Broadband has so far been a fantastic move. Bandwidth is exceptional! 5 star all the way. Installer was excellent. Only had it a few days but so far, two thumbs up!

5/5 My internet went out last night. Called customer service this morning - immediate answer and very friendly. Had an engineer on site within 90 minutes. The guy climbed on my roof in high winds, snow and 25 degrees and had me up and running again in 15 minutes. The antenna had blown over in high winds. Awesome service especially the day before thanksgiving - saved my sanity with the kids connection needs!!

Its a service that doesn’t increase the cost after a promotion or whatever. You have choices for the speed of internet, and it works great. The people are very professional and quick.
I like it, but I have to go to the facebook page to find the place to pay my bill online.

Just switched to broadband and it’s way better then allwest .. I would be paying so much for little and on Utah broadband I pay the same for faster internet ..
