My installation was fast and easy. The installer asked my preference on where to run the wires and where to set up the service. He didn’t have a wifi router to sell me at the moment, but offered to have another installer swing by my house later or he could bring one by my house at the end of the day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
After several calls to centurylink to fix our ongoing wifi issues that only got worse in 2021. Our nephew recommended we call Utah broadband, we did, they were quick to answer my call, quick to fit me in right away AND we now have the fastest speed we have ever had. The Tec was kind and professional, great job Ubb.
The installation was short fast and easy. The service is good, don’t have to wait for ever to log in. The boy was very polight and explained every thing to me before he left.
