RecommendedLiving up a Canyon - I don't expect to get gigabit speeds. But with CenturyLink I was only getting 10% of what I was paying for. I am very impressed with these guys! They were able to schedule an appointment very quickly with me, and the installation itself took about 1.5 hrs! I wasn’t very knowledgeable about how I would hook everything up when the installer left, and they were able to answer all of my questions(: not only that, the internet is SO fast. Coming from a household where we previously only had 1 option for internet, these guys, Utah Broadband, are so fast. Thank you!
Customer service has been fantastic. They are knowledgeable about their product. Fast internet with no “tokens” to buy. No buffering or stalling while watching a movie or show. Internet hasn’t dropped on us.

I was very pleased with their customer service, their promptness and their integrity. I was worried that 300mbps wasn’t going to be enough but our technician assured me it would work great for all our devices. In addition, he installed the necessary “mesh” network that ensures the signal is strong throughout our home. Everything is working great and I’m very pleased. Seemed very transparent and straightforward.
