RecommendedI had Utah broadband installed yesterday. It has worked fine all day today. The installation technician arrived as scheduled. He called to let me know when he would be here. The installation was quick. I had my computer set up to the wireless network in just a few minutes. So far everything seems to be working very well.
Sean was wonderful! Told me what I needed to Buy (stand alone router), where to buy it and what I should expect to Pay. Technician Austin showed up on time and was professional in all aspects. My internet now is reliable and fast. Thank you Utah Broad Band!!!
Great instillation!
I have had Utah Broadband for many years and even in storms my service has been great.
I had been with UBB, then mistakenly went to HughesNet after promises of better service and lower prices. Big Mistake!! Back with UBB, getting the best internet around, specifically for video streaming- Netflix & Amazon. Their 60 mb service is the best, have yet to experience service interruption/buffering. Great, quick service as well. Satellite Internet is not a vast wasteland with UBB!!!

We have had not one problem with UBB's service and/or customer service in the + year we've had it. In fact, we just moved & the transition was sooooo smooth!!! Easily put a hold on my account for the month I was living with family & easily scheduled the install at the new place. The tech was prompt (I think his name was Tim) & super professional. Change is difficult but I made the change from Century Link where they boasted fast internet service but for some reason 5Mbs was the Fastest we ever received?!? UBB’s Local installers were the Best! John needs recognition for leaving me his cellphone number with instructions to call him if he could help with any questions or concerns. I did call him and he was there for me to solve my problems which he did!! Thanks John & UBB’s Fast 50+ MBS!!
