RecommendedThe installer was great! Very knowledgeable. We had a 4 hour window for installation and they contacted us to tell us when they were 20 minutes away which made planning easier. The actual WiFi is great! Our router is in our basement and works well in every corner or the house!

RecommendedSo far so good. The installation was fast - next work day from when we called. After a week, I can say that there has been one instance where we just didn't have any service (last night). It was late and on a Sunday so we didn't call anyone - but when we got up the next morning everything was working normal. Can't say for sure why our service stopped - but all devices were out so I assume there was an interruption in the signal from UBB.
