The installer was great! Very knowledgeable. We had a 4 hour window for installation and they contacted us to tell us when they were 20 minutes away which made planning easier. The actual WiFi is great! Our router is in our basement and works well in every corner or the house!

We’ve put up with slow and spotty internet speed for 3-1/2 years. Most companies said they didn’t service our area. We’re in the middle of Draper!!! I called UBB and they came right out and installed high speed internet for us!!!! They’re very knowledgeable and helpful!
Came the next day after I called for new service and it was up in an hour and a half. Friendly professional customer service. They made everything very easy.
My experience with Utah Broadband has been nothing but positive. Everything work, and I was particularly impressed by the fast customer service, not that I ever had any problems, just a few times I had questions. Thank you.
A pleasurable experience, Drayton arrived on time , was very professional and courteous. He informed me of how Utah Broadband’s technology works. I am not the most knowledgeable person with technology however Drayton took the time to help me understand. He was also easy in the eyes .. thank you :)
So far so good. The installation was fast - next work day from when we called. After a week, I can say that there has been one instance where we just didn't have any service (last night). It was late and on a Sunday so we didn't call anyone - but when we got up the next morning everything was working normal. Can't say for sure why our service stopped - but all devices were out so I assume there was an interruption in the signal from UBB.
