Installer was on time, more than helpful in teaching me how to set this up in my home.... I am not tech savvy and he was incredibly patient with all of my questions. So far Im using a router in the basement and it seems to be covering my 3 story home nicely. No problems thus far!
Starting with the initial call everything has been great!! They called 30 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer (M.) was very friendly and helpful. Made sure everything was working before he left. Made sure I knew how to contact them if there was a problem. I'm hoping the amazing service continues.
What an incredible change from the snails pace internet we we getting on Century Link. Fantastic internet service and great service from our installation tech who also advised us to use an Eero Pros Tri band mesh system instead of old school routers for much better WiFi throughout our home.
they were fast love the service! so far it's been great!
