Just switched from DSL. Our DSL travels a long way to the exchange, so it was problematic. Installation went good. when they first hooked it up, they had not set my account down to the speed I was paying for, so I got to see the potential. With my DSL, 12mbs was the best I could get. This has potential to get up to about 60. I feel a lot more confident I can get the speed I'm paying for. My wife works from home so we need reliability.
Experience so far has been great. I had a lot of bad experiences with Comcast for years and I'm very happy to try something new.

I love that UBB offers JUST internet and doesn’t try to sell you on bundles. I was treated like a person and not a sale. Totally worth it.
The installer that installed my service was fast and efficient. So far the speed has been great. I’ve had Utah Broadband before in my home in Layton and we always had great service. Looking forward to our new service.
