Avoid them at all costs! They canceled our reservation 8 days before we were suppose to check in because the owner decided they wanted to stay at the house. We booked the house 3 months prior. They did not have anywhere else available we could stay either. We were staying over spring break with a large group and people flying in from Florida and no where to stay. This company is a joke!
House had not been properly maintianed! We had to call for repairs on the master toilet, which was never fixed, and the cooling units in 2 bedrooms did not work. After multiple calls and texts a repair man was finally sent out and only managed to fix the cooling units. He did not fix the toilet. I continued to try and get a response from the call desk and their solution was for us to just not use that toilet. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was brushed off. This is the worst management company. I rented a home through VRBO. Upon arrival the home smelled of amonia and some other horrible smell. The furniture was stained and ripped. There were urine stains on the floors and there was some type of bodily fluid on a pillow. There was bugs under the bed and urine stains around the base of the toilet.
