You guys are the worst! I will never book with you guys ever again and I will make sure that everyone i know does not ever book through you guys! OMG! Regardless, the processing is the same
Dirty rental, hair in bed, in shower, we washed our own linen from multiple beds, the day we got there(which came clean,they weren’t stains). Candy and fingerprints on doors. Rental was obviously not cleaned!!! Damaged wall upon arrival. Etc etc. Management was more worried about a negative review than helping resolve the issue. (They did offer to send a cleaner, to clean the house while we were having a family get together, Didn’t make much sense to us, and still wanted to charge our full cleaning fee.) WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: Utah's Best Vacation Rentals may attempt to make fraudulent claims to steal your security deposit by accusing you of incurring damages that you did not. Take photos before leaving their properties to protect yourself from fraudulent claims against you. Better yet, DO NOT STAY WITH THEM in the first place. The home was wonderful. We checked in and had a great experience. But then my husband accidentally left some personal items there as we were rushing to check out (the cleaners were there waiting for us over thirty minutes prior to our actual check out time). I called the next morning when we realized it was left and was told I would get a call back. The service was fantastic. The house was clean and very well organized for a fun week. There were clear directions at the house for everything. This rental made our vacation fantastic.
The home it self was very nice..ideally located in a nice area..unfortunately we attempted to use the hot tub and when uncovered the water was brown slimy and only partially filled, we were really looking forward to utilizing it after a long day of hiking at Zion National park..also, we had attempted to use the grill and the propane tank was empty. I know it may seem trivial, but, when you pay close to 2000$ for a rental it should be ready to go..great place, but someone dropped the ball when making it ready..

Our only concern was the HIGH cleaning fee... I mean we had to keep the house extremely tidy and with children it was a little extra work that was layed upon our guest. Maybe the fee shouldn’t be $400 and something dollars....
I booked this property. It was difficult to book as the website shows an error message, after calling VRBO they told me to contact directly the owner, then it seems the owner was another company called Utah's Best Vacation Rentals, a complete dissatisfaction, amenities were wrong, and I’m still waiting for their answer. I would recommend to call and speak to someone before booking. I was about to book a house from their website (not third party) but called to ask about using a credit we had and learned that the house we wanted was only available with the casita, not without. That one bedroom addition raised the price by $1500! Their website did say that it could be rented without the casita but the person on the phone said no, that's a mistake. It can be frustrating to spend hours finding a home only to learn that the info is incorrect. We ... read more

I am sorry for the frustration, the 3 bedroom option for that particular home we just barely added as a new home in our inventory and the owner designated certain holiday weeks to not be rented with the smaller 3 bedroom, but instead asked that we rent the 4 bedroom (entire home).
