We have stayed at this property twice in two years (C1 and E1, though they're effectively identical), primarily because we have a really big family and it's really hard to find a place that will accommodate everyone. The pool is great and well maintained. The condo is designed to look good in photos, but is missing lots of details, and not well maintained. Everything was cleaned and spotless. The rental was not clean. They will not respond promptly to emails or phone calls. They have extremely poor customer service. They also do not keep their word. I was supposed to be reimbursed my cleaning fee and it's been over a month and I still have not been reimbursed. Please be aware that you are taking risk renting from this company. They also list their properties as VRBO s.
Oof, worst experience I've ever had with a vacation rental. There were bugs in the bed! I woke up every morning with more painful bites, in places that were only uncovered while I was sleeping.
I hate to do this but I need to. Probably the worst vacation rental experience ever. My family and I stayed there for a week and pretty early on the AC unit went out. We contacted the necessary people and they said they would get someone out there. the next day. They did that but when the mechanic was there they said they need to contact the people for approval. Not clean! Found hair in shower a big urine spot under sheets on mattress liner and we were given no paper towels and dish soap. With a 370ish cleaning fee!
