GMC Auburn left the coolant reservoir cap off and vehicle overheated on the way home. Double check the work these kids are doing on your vehicle before you drive off. Looking for another shop with real mechs that care.
Took in to find out why tire keeps loosing air.Was told cold weather if sitting will do it A week later took back and they found nail in left tire. Psi light was replaced.A month later right psi does not work now .Has not even been a year since bought it.Now want $249.00. to look at it And the $249.00 to buy new psi light . I hate this car. Never buy at GMC AGAIN.
Seems to be worse every time I visit. They are fast, but they don't actually check the things they say they check. Check in service is always good, but the rest not so much.
I didn't get my vehicle serviced on 10/30/24 from valley gmc. I took possession 10/27/24.
iT'S A SHAME THAT A TECH WOULD CLAIM A 3 MONTH OLD TIRE NEEDSS IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT. THIS USED TO BE A SHOP YOU COULD RELY ON.
Keeping it short.. New 2023 GMC 3500HD AT4 Diesel/Allison Transmission w/ 4 miles when I got! Transmission went out, Power Steering and Brakes went out while driving due to a piece never being removed from the factory and dash does out. Not to mention the horrible rattle of the engine lifters. Meanwhile, my replacement vehicle was not equivalent so I lost business in Two of my businesses because the truck was the equipment. Took car in for front brakes. 8am appointment, they called at 12:30. Car not ready until 4:30. The next day noise coming from left front wheel Took another week for appointment. Brought car in they had mechanic get in car with me, who said his hearing wasn't good. Never take my car there again. I'll go to Brotherton on Renton. Oh, and charging me $298 for diagnostic and acting like they're doing something for me by not charging me for it after repairs. I know that is to make sure you get work done there. Engine was replaced, not serviced as listed above. The engine was damaged by AFM system and not under warranty because of age of vehicle. Prices for parts and labor were extremely high. $19344 to have the engine replaced after discussions with management lead to discounts from original estimates.
I took it in for what I thought was a warrantee covered electrical problem and they determined that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced before they could do a diagnostic test on it. It turned out they supposedly did a diagnostic test on it after the problem was solved even though i didnt authorize them to do any thing but replace the battery. so I authorized them to replace the battery only if they would be willing to price match the sane battery at Walmart that I could get for $40.00 cheaper and they agreed.
