Worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced. Will NEVER go back. Absolutely rude over the phone, didnt communicate what was done before the service. Im very dissatisfied. Explained my dissatisfaction and nothing was done or said. They didnt care. Just ridiculous.
My lights werent checked, my tires werent rotated and each time Ive gone in, the price is higher. We waited in one line for 30 min. I think too many workers stand around the shop when they could open more bays.

Customer service is always bland, dismissive and not very engaging.

I was told an hour wait and waited almost 2 hours. Hardly any communication. When I was done it took forever to get paperwork and open the bay door. Hardly any smiles.
The reply was a bit condescending. iI wont be contacting them again.
Service performed was unnecessary and without prior authorization.
Surprise! The price went up $30 for an oil change. Just like that. I wont return.
