As soon as I left the dealership my check engine light came on
Damage report said in the front was actually in the back left so felt a little lied to but what can I do I already signed
Didnt like their costumer service and how they were taking to each other. Not a proper way to talk to each other with people there.
The salesperson was not a helpful at all I gave him all my info he filled up some kind of form in the computer and told me he'll be back gone for like 10 mins come back and said I need to put more money almost 10k get out here and I said no thank you! terrible salesman. I know ain't going there no more waste my time.
Asked them to look at my drivers side head lamp. They said they had to run a full auto diagnosis (very expensive) They could have seen problem by looking at it. Told them no. Will take it to another shop. Also wrong milage. Should be 875 - - miles
Their quick lube center needs an oil change went in and two days later back in because they left my new filter loose sure they can apologize but I am sure they wouldnt have stepped up if I needed a new engine fortunately I caught it and took car back last time I will take my truck there
Poor service I dont think they rotated my tires they said I came in with a tire pressure signal I didnt and cleared the signal myself and when I did that the pressure for all tires appeared on my dash just needed a simple reset I would recommend not going to their lube place
Est for rear brakes was 3 times what I had it done for.
Poor communication all around. Poor follow through on promises of calls or updates.
