Jessica in service is outstanding and thats about all they have going for them. The worst customer service driven dealership Ive ever been involved with, cant believe I bought a truck from them, never again. Truck has been back 5x. Rude and smug staff...sure that starts from the top down.
Service manager took advantage of me. And it took almost three weeks to fix some leaks and 2 tire rods fix. warranty contacted me about dealership not being fully prepared with claims. I trusted this delarship to be honest with me and treat me with dignity, respect not to hide things. I clearly said I dont want to spend money on diagnostics if not covered by warranty on a issue that doesnt stop it from driving. Overcharged and wouldnt give back my garage opener I left in loaner vehicle.
