I was told clearly the ways my car would be serviced and when I could it expect it to be finished. The dealership followed through and delivered as promised.
My appointment for scheduled maintenance took under an hour, which was nice. They gave me the quote for the service before they started, which I don't think I've experienced before elsewhere, and I appreciated it.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous, the only issue was waiting for 2 hours for an oil change and general check up. It was my choice.
My only problem was I was there for a very minor thing, the fuel door spring broke and had to be replaced. That took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I am assuming this is a defect as the car is only two years old and has only 20k miles on it.
