Overall good, my only complaint was two porters took my info before taking my vehicle from me, asked the same exact questions. Not sure why I had to wait for the second porter. Also, I gave them my number as I am the one who brings the vehicle and each time. But yet they called my husband and text him when the vehicle is ready. Also, I waited 15 more minutes out by the porters before someone acknowledged me to get my vehicle.

Service advisor was professional and courteous. Price was ok. Staff that took my vehicle back to service (or maybe the one who brought it back out) couldn't follow directions. I emphatically stated Do Not Move My Drivers Seat! But they did anyway!!!
