Great experience and excellent service provided in a timely manner.
The service folks were friendly and professional. I got my car in at the appointed time, and got it back a couple of hours later. Everything went smoothly.
When we go there it seem a little disorganized they kept helping all the other cars first when we got there first and had an appointment as well so we did wait a while but the guy that helped us was very nice and helpful he was amazing but they need to be more organize like Toyota of San Bernardino they are more organize and don't have you waiting so long ..so 4 stars just cuz of the guy that helped us was amazing or else it would be 3 stars

Excellent service as I've come to expect from Valley Hi. Communications, not so great. If you respond to their text with an inquiry of your vehicle's status, don't expect a reply.
Only sometimes I recommend a cssllwash.
Fast, friendly and fair. Check in process has improved and have never had an issue with any service they have performed
