Wasn't kept up to date on the progress of the vehicle, and when it was done I wasn't called until I went to ask about it . I saw that t was sitting there for about 12 minutes before it went up to the gentleman and asked about my vehicle , he said oh yes it's ready, I asked why wasn't the wheel alignment put on my work order, he stated that when I get my 10,000 mile service that they know a wheel alignment is part of it. But other then that it was ok.
I dropped my truck on 08/12/25. I came to Toyota on08/13/25 at 9:00am and just evaluate and replace the battery took them almost 6 hours.
They are nice and courteous but they take about 3 or 4 hours to have your car ready and you have to wait there. I remember back in the day when they had a shuttle that took you home but things have changed. They are also very pricey. The one good thing is that they do a good job on your vehicle which is the most important thing even though they are very pricey.
