Ready when promised, but at least 3 phone calls, numerous texts and emails about trading in our car. When we are ready, we will contact you. Also, car states now that it is needing a service not 200 miles after service.

Had the wrong phone number. When they couldn't contact me on phone, they didn't come to the lobby for half an hour to find me when they knew I was waiting for my vehicle
