Great customer service. I was elated they arrived at the beginning of my scheduled time (1:00-5:00). Margaret followed thru to verify my tech had arrived and that service was completed. She was very welcoming and I will not hesitate to call them back in the future if I need their service.

Valleywide Cooling did exactly what I asked them to do with no trying to up sale me on anything. They did a seasonal inspection/tune-up and topped off my freon to the appropriate level for about 1/2 the price of my usual A/C vendor. I couldn't have asked for or gotten better service any where... Really! I was quite surprised and happy. No trying to sell me stuff I don't really need or prey upon my fears. Their price for freon installation was 1/2 the price of the vendor I have used for 29 years! I will call Valleywide Coolin... read more

They were very fast to respond. Technician was at location in 30 mins. Called other companies and technician would come after 2 or more hours. Will use again if needed

Having just moved to the great state of Arizona from back east, I did not know much about an HVAC system, but fortunately, Steve, the technician explained how the system works and showed me exactly what needed to be done so that my system will continue providing excellent service for years to come. Steve made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I am very thankful that I have Valleywide Cooling as my service provider now and for the future.
