I called Valleywide cooling, they had a tech. come out his name was Jonathan, he did an outstanding job. He did a professionally, was knowledgeable, very courteous, and took extra care of us care of us. we were extremely pleased with his work great service.
Great customer service. I was elated they arrived at the beginning of my scheduled time (1:00-5:00). Margaret followed thru to verify my tech had arrived and that service was completed. She was very welcoming and I will not hesitate to call them back in the future if I need their service.

Valleywide Cooling did exactly what I asked them to do with no trying to up sale me on anything. They did a seasonal inspection/tune-up and topped off my freon to the appropriate level for about 1/2 the price of my usual A/C vendor. I couldn't have asked for or gotten better service any where... Really! I was quite surprised and happy. No trying to sell me stuff I don't really need or prey upon my fears. Their price for freon installation was 1/2 the price of the vendor I have used for 29 years! I will call Valleywide Coolin... read more

They were very fast to respond. Technician was at location in 30 mins. Called other companies and technician would come after 2 or more hours. Will use again if needed
