Margaret contacted me very quickly and sounded very informed about HVAC systems, asking detailed questions to give the technician the best idea of the problem before they arrived. I had a burning smell coming from my vents inside and outside of my house. This was concerning so she made sure that I was scheduled right away, same day, within an hour of my inquiry. Prior to scheduling an appointment I had called with some questions regarding our AC unit and I was given such great detail regarding my questions. When our technician came he was thorough, walked us through everything he was doing and what he found. Explained pricing and the importance of what needed to be fixed and gave recommendations. It didn� t feel like we were being pushed into anything. I would recommend their services
