I had a dog emergency when they were scheduled, they were completely understanding and returned the next day with no extra charge, they were most courtes, and honest! Going to have them service all 4 of my units. Thank you

Valleywide was the first to respond to my AC service request and showed up 2hr earlier than what the dispatcher projected. Technician called 15min in advance of arrival which is sadly not common enough practice. He was very professional throughout the process which turned out to be a minor problem and my AC was back up and running very quickly. NOTE: the other AC service companies that had an opportunity did not respond until Valleywide technician was done and long gone. "Early bird gets the worm" MNichols GIlbert AZ

The technician was very knowledgeable; he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of his arrival. Although the repair would have been expensive and part was not available, he was able to get my AC up and running correctly on one of the hottest days of the year. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

They were amazing! The whole company is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Very quick response time meant I was only without ac for a very minimal time. The technician, Shad, was knowledgeable and prepared to fix the problem. He was able to diagnose and then explain the problem to me in a manner in which I understood. I have already raved about this experience and have recommended them to several of my. Friends and family. 10/10 highly recommend.

We called Valleywide after our AC went out the night before. The tech Pete came out to our house the same day we called and he was wonderful! He had our unit running within minutes of telling us what needed to be repaired. He recommended their service plan and gave us great tips to keep our unit running smoothly. He didn't pressure us to anything else. I will not use another company besides them.

Our A/C quit Thursday night after the day's high temperature of 118 degrees. Within 10 minutes of filling out the questionnaire on Angie.com, Margaret from Valleywide called me. She dispatched Pete, the technician immediately and by 9:00 AM, my A/C was up and running again. Pete did a great job. (Before going to Angie's List, I called the company that installed our A/C and was told me it would be 3 weeks before they could send some one.) What a relief to have our problem solved so quickly!

I submitted my request around 2 AM online, got a call around 7 AM and had a my AC fixed before 10 AM. Quick communication, response, and repair times all around.
I called at 9:46a, the technician showed up a little after 10a! He went straight to work, found the capacitor
