It was an amazing experience. Valleywide Cooling contacted me several time and when we spoke the representative was thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. The service rep was 5 star outstanding! He showed professionalism above and beyond, very knowledgeable of equipment and how it works explaining everything along with pictures of diagnosing the issue and making the repairs.
