Have been dealing with Van Chevrolet Buick GMC for 12 years. Our first vehicle was the GMC Terrain Denal and when that lease expired I went to the Buick Encore instead. It was more my size and loved it. This one now is my third one and I'm sure it will be the perfect one as Tom Sneddon got found exactly one with everything I asked for on it. Marcus my salesman was great. The Rest of the experience and dealing with the manager was really disappointing. He had no value for my time and was even making the other employees stressed.
