The job was done right but, taking a whole week was ridiculous.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Mike Nations. He's a straight shooter and always does what he's going to say. Bob, in finance, was a little upset when I declined the warranty. He dropped the price 20% in 15 secondes which tells me it's over priced anyhow.
