Ben, the service advisor was very helpful very courteous. Part was on back order. Had to wait a little bit but since he got the part he got done when he said it was gonna get done no problems.

I was in for 15,000 mile service and loss of connection with onstar . I have to wait there for service since I live an hour away. I was told they could not work on the onstar problem because I would have to leave the car overnight. Since they do not offer loaner service, I will have to service the car locally.
