Received my truck back after repair and noticed the Chevrolet emblem on the front grill is a different color and also the emblem that says Silverado on the passenger side is missing. Contacted the dealership and still have not received a call back. Truck looks great except for these two issues. Glass was also left in the bed of the truck which we had to sweep out ourselves. :/

Like my Rep (Andrew).. but service mechanics seem to be stretched. Delivery Times promised were unrealistic and unable to deliver. No offsetting or financial considerations for delays (which could ameliorate frustrations to some extent). I remain a Vans customer and appreciate the the quality expertise of your staff.

took two hours to get a oil change and it was the most expensive one I ever had.
